Together, Pamela DeRose and Julie Fedeli have navigated two children, three husbands, eight careers, and a lifetime of adventures.  We have tried hundreds of supplements, explored numerous food plans, made thousands of friends, shed millions of tears, and shared countless moments of laughter.  Through it all, we have learned valuable lessons and discovered the secrets to living our best lives yet.

Julie is a devoted mother and a fierce advocate for women. It was her complete recovery from a debilitating autoimmune illness that became the unlikely guide toward her true passion, helping other women become radiantly healthy and live abundantly. An inspirational entrepreneur, mentor, certified health and longevity coach, speaker, and author, Julie offers individual consulting for women longing for holistic well-being. Hosting large scale, women’s events, and as a maven in her community, she creates intentional space for women to gather.

Pamela, MBA, blends decades of business acumen with a personal mission to guide women through the midlife transition. A certified health and wellness coach and raw vegan chef, she equips women with practical tools to reclaim vitality and authenticity. Her own midlife ‘crisis’ led her to uncover the wisdom that is the foundation of her work. When not speaking or coaching, Pamela enjoys family gatherings and long walks with her husband and rescue pup, Stella.
